Mexico City Nightlife

Mexico City is always alive, but at night the vibrations pound and the parties kick into full swing. The most popular districts for Mexico City nightlife are Polanco, San Angel, Coyoacan and Condesa. Of course, La Zona Rosa also continues to be a nighttime hot spot, though it's not as upscale as Polanco.

Mexico City Hotel Parties - In view of the crime in Mexico City many opt to enjoy the nightlife provided in their hotels' lobbies. Traditional Mexican theme nights are popular, and usually include dinner, drinks, dancing and live Mexican Mariachis. Ask at your hotel to find out what is happening

Mexico City Nightclub Hop - Another safe alternative is to purchase tickets for a Mexican nightclub tour. For about $70 you'll be picked up, taken to a few area hotspots and returned to your hotel. A limited number of dinner and drinks are typically included.

Mexico City Nightclubs – Polanco and Condesa are sometimes called the South Beach of Mexico City. The club scene here includes Latin-inspired, alternative, rock and flamenco music. Entrance into many clubs is all-inclusive – which means drinks are included. You're not cool unless you arrive fashionably late – aka: not before midnight.

Mexico's nightlife is steaming. Try the other Mexico nightlife pages like Acapulco, Cabo San Lucas, Cancun, Guadalajara, Cozumel and Puerto Vallarta.
